Pink and Purple Fuchsia

The Muscadet lilies are amazing on Macro Flowers Saturday!  I'm posting a shot of the fuchsia I purchased as a little plant and nurtured through the summer in a hanging pot on my front porch.  Generally, our summers are too hot and dry for fuchsias to thrive, but I think the north-facing location was just what it needed.

I used to have them in the garden in one of the houses when my kids were little. My daughter thinks they are tiny lanterns.
