Lovely Photo on Finding Joy

As Rachel hosts Hannah's "Lovely Photo"  for awhile, the beautiful images continue  to appear.   In honor of Veteran's Day tomorrow, I changed my autumn house flag to the American flag. Then I tried to photograph it.  Two cameras and 100 shots later, I had to settle on something.   Two weeks ago, those bare branches in the background were covered with leaves. (I can't say the same for the power lines!)     It's 42 degrees outside and there's a slight breeze.  It wasn't long before I had to run back into the house to warm up again.

My salute to American veterans!

Very intriguing - the colored flag & the B&W background.

And thank you also for linking up with Lovely Photo Wednesday.
