Tricia's Barn Charm meme has encouraged an interest I already had in old barns. Actually, it has more than encouraged because I am "seeing" barns I know that I've seen before, but now it's in a new way. Since last week's post, I've learned the owner of the barn I photographed, and I know I can get permission to go inside.
For this week, I'm sharing the image of a "Century Farm" barn near Milton-Freewater, Oregon. I always chuckle at how it seems to be tilting in the landscape. (It's odd how I never notice the wire fence when I drive by....only when I stopped to take a photograph.)

I agree with texwisgirl! I love the frame here, too!
You get to go inside? I can't wait to see those pics... I rarely ever say this, but it seems to fit... YOU GO, GIRL! She's a beauty of a barn!!! =)
That's a great looking barn. Looks like it has a huge cement foundation.
Very nice post.
I too have to agree with the others. I like what you did with it. I hope you do go inside, I would love to see too.

This is one beautiful and impressive barn. Not your usual run of the mill one...so interesting and different. Great capture.
