Another "charming" barn...

My barn of choice for Tricia's Barn Charm  this week  is located the closest to where I live of all the barns I've photographed.  In fact, I actually didn't even think of photographing it until a couple of weeks ago.  I just see it all the time without even thinking about it. I'm not sure what it's used for because the field it sits in produces a variety of crops over the years, such as grass seed and grains.  (The wheels are part of a sprinkler system...called a "wheel line." If you look closely, you can see the sprinkler heads on the pipe that runs between the wheels.    This is small compared to the  systems used on many large fields in the area.)

This reminds me of an A-frame home only its a barn. It's beautiful in its simplicity. I'm glad you explained about the wheels, because I was wondering. That's a picturesque method.
Thanks for stopping by. If I'd started teaching on schedule, I'd have 35 years in. Instead I'm at 12.

I wonder if the farm could function without the wheel line?

A lovely setting for that barn. We have several of that style in this area, but most of them are in severe disrepair.
