My Sunday Best involves a filter
Inspired by Bonnie of Pixel Dust Art Photo Art, I'm entering Nancy's "Your Sunday Best" with a "filtered" image. Before I learned how to add textures and a few other things in PSE, I played with the artistic filters feature. Poster Edges and Fresco have always been two of my favorites, probably because of the dramatic results. Poster Edges was my choice here.
