Twisting with Textures on Saturday

I'm going out on a limb today with this particular image and textures for Kristy's Weekend Texture Twist. First of all, I love vibrant colors...and cobalt blue is my favorite.  Years ago, I collected cobalt blue bottles of all shapes and sizes, but they have been taking up space that I need for other glassware.  So I'm downsizing the collection. These inexpensive blue bottles are on the windowsill while I decide what to do with them.   Late afternoon light through my inadequate kitchen window created the most brilliant blue, so I photographed the scene.  Then I experimented with several of Kristy's textures as described below.

Thanks for recognizing my textured cowboy from last week, Kristy!

What beautiful bottles, Evelyn! I love that blue, too, and the patterns on the bottles are gorgeous! Wonderful processing! Isn't it just amazing what you can do with textures?

Both treatments are equally stunning, Evelyn. Love the blue in the original too. :)

I like the textured images, but I'm partial to that cobalt blue shot! WoW! =)

I have a mini collection of bottles, myself... mostly very tall bottles, but I also have some Mason & Kerr canning jars! =)
