Edit Me Challenge --- Something New!

It's already Week 16 of Branson's Edit Me Challenge, but it's new to me!  These are the guidelines for the week:  Your challenge? Take this already lovely photo and give it your own style. You can use any editing program you like. Crop, color, texture, quotes, effects, actions... anything you can come up with is fair game! Just make sure that you share a little bit about your process with us, so we can learn from each other!

This is the photo provided by Stephanie for our edit.

Here's my edited version.

1. Background
2. "Birthday Glow" from Life-n-Reflection Soft Light 100%
3. Duplicate layer
4. Erase texture from child
5. "Abstract Warm" from Life-n-Reflection Pin Light 100%
6. Erase texture from child
7. "Dream" from Kim Klassen Soft Light 100%
8. Erase texture from child
9. Text layer "Dream" word

Welcome to my hell, Eveyln. I'm not used to portrait edits -- I think you did very well. :)
