Summer was so short!

studio waterstone           I cannot believe it's time for the prickly teasel again!  Seems as if I was  photographing them during last fall --- a few weeks ago!  But I never tire of their shape, color, and "architecture."    Perfect choice for this week's I Heart Macro.

I never knew the name for the 'teasel' but always thought they looked interesting. Nice macro shot.
