The inevitable -- Week 45 of P52

So it has snowed...not once, but twice already.   It doesn't stick very long, but it's snow and we know winter is just around the corner.   Last year, we had our first heavy snow in November and it lasted for what seemed forever!  Snow is very pretty on evergreens so I found an example.

Evelyn I really enjoy seeing 'snow' pictures. This is really beautiful; would make a lovely Christmas card; room for script up top. When we start melting on this side of the world, you are freezing. Seeing photos like this have a somewhat cooling effect ...

We haven't had any yet -- knock on wood.

Oh, my mom had her hip replacement last Thursday and of course I thought of you, Evelyn. She's doing great (she's 82) and is going to the rehab nursing facility tomorrow.

I was glad to be gone when we got that blast of snow last week! Love the fence photos in your previous posts.

It does look pretty but oh it's so cold. So far no snow here in the Valley but the mountains have had some already.
