Flowers for Dark Days
We're having heavy rain today....yesterday was chilly and sunny....maybe the sun will come back tomorrow. (Sadly, my the branches of my lilac bushes are budding....in January! I'm afraid growing things will be a disaster this year.) So I buy flowers to photograph. Today, I'm going to buy some more.

I remember those rainy days well. And I remember the cold blue sky ones as well. I bought a lot of flowers when I lived in Portland. Trader Joe's - best flowers reasonably priced. :)

Buying flowers was something I did a lot of last winter. What a pretty carnation! I wish the trees and bushes realized that winter is not quite done yet!
