Clark's Creek Scene

For my Weekly Top Shot, I've chosen a simple view of Clark's Creek, one of many named creeks in the area  near our little town.  This is about one mile from my back door....it was a morning after a light snowfall.

Lovely light on the water in this beautiful image. Thanks for stopping by and visiting my red barn. :-) and yes, they are iPhone images... All editing done on an iPhone and/or iPad. It blows my mind how much one can do on such devices!

I love how a light dusting of snow can bring out so much detail.
Actually more than a deep snow.
This is wonderful.

You either drive very far or have taken photos of every square inch of where you live.
Love this shot

So lovely! Reminds me of a Robert Frost poem, 'Stopping by woods on a snowy evening...' don't you love that? Thanks Evelyn for coming by 'Weekly Top Shot,' to share, I hope you come by next week to share again...

Wow...this is such a lovely composition...my eyes are directed by the photo to follow the flow of the creek. And the contrast between the tree trunks, branches and the snow is just perfect! Excellent work!
