Out in the Country.....that's Rural, isn't it?
My town (pop.1700) is defined as "rural," and the countryside is very near---in fact, all around. It's easy to get really rural by driving out one of the many country roads not far from my house. It seems that I've driven every road while in search of subjects for my photography, so it's exciting to find a new place.....a new scene. The light snowstorm made it even more attractive. Lovely country scenes. I love seeing the little snowflakes showing up so well against the pine trees. You've captured a peaceful and lovely atmosphere.

The snow sure is pretty & adds to the scene, but I'm leaning toward the 2nd/original because of the fence post in the foreground & the rolling hills in the background! Either way, tho, beautiful scene & the patches of brush/grasses (not sure what they're called) is beautiful, too! =)

I've never seen round haybales, we only have square ones and I've never thought of taking photos of them hahaha
