REDISCOVERING MYSELF THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHY

Green for Photo Art Friday

I struggled with this post for at least two hours....and I finally resorted to more familiar processes to create my post for Photo Art Friday. I'm glad that Bonnie makes at least 3 suggestions--and then says, "anything goes."   I wanted to try something "hidden" in my piece, but I still lack the knowledge to get that to work. Everything I tried was totally abstract; there wasn't any focal point.   So my entry for the week is quite basic:  two layers of PDPA Artist Texture 1 on an image of Queen Anne's Lace, PSE preset Poster Edges, RadLab Prettyizer.

What an interesting and beautiful effect you achieved. Always fun to "try" different things and see what you get. Mickie :)

I think your 2 hours were well spent! Isn't it interesting how sometimes we struggle with the creativity, and other times it just flows out freely.

Beautiful I love these flowers, have you tried bringing in a small image and then dropping the opacity until you can barely see it?

Lovely and with the PDPA texture you chose names of famous artists are hidden in plain sight :).
Stay inspired!

You may think this is "basic" processing...
but it doesn't sound at all basic to me.
I love the result!
May I pin this to Pinterest???

I'm glad you know what you're doing lol, all those words confuse me. I started watching my Ultimate SLR Camera course, very interesting, wish I had my SLR camera with me so I could practice, oh well

Oh this is pretty. The choice of plant was just perfect with the texture you used. - I'm glad that I'm not the only one who struggles with the "hidden" element theme.

This is really beautiful, I too have been struggling to work with the concept of something hidden. I love trying though.
