Cheerful Texture Tuesday

I posted for Texture Tuesday last week, but must have misunderstood the date.   Today's post is another "duo texture" of Kim's:   desaturation of the flowering quince image, kkBrushedLinen at multiply 60%, kkPieces at soft light 100%.

Very nice texture! Is that a dogwood? Those are probably in full glory in Portland about now. I remember them so well from last year. :)

Gorgeous! The texture is subtle and the flowers are just divine. Wonderful proverb to go with them.
