Your Sunday Best

One tiny little orange flower...I don't even know what it is.  It was in my sister's backyard this morning, and I was there to photograph an activity totally unrelated to flowers.   But I'm always drawn to blossoms, flowers that I can get very close to with my camera.   This particular flower has been edited with one of Nancy's (el _vigilante) special textures, called "Kimberly."    I'm linking with Nancy's "Your Sunday Best."

I do not have much money, but I have a lot of time, which is free.

Beautiful capture plus the texture - I love texture in photos but can never manage it, especially when I see photos like these! Really love the crispness and clarity of the red petals.

Love the flower, and the texture! Beautiful...I too am drawn to photographing the flowers "up close"...

Such a wonderful orangey-red color, Evelyn. So happy you could use one of my textures too!

Thank you for sharing at YSB this week, dear.

Simply lovely. - A wonderful use of the texture and the flower is so pretty. I believe it's a type of Dahlia.
