I've looked at clouds from both sides now....
It's hot weather here, finally, and that means pop-up thunderstorms. We've had two in two days. The clouds are fascinating before the storm. I took the photos from three vantage points: a country road northeast of town, a country road southeast of town, and my own back porch.

It has cooled down here some, but we desperately need rain. All plants, grass, etc is at a standstill now, and no rain in sight at least for this week. :-(

they're gorgeous! we've been getting pop-ups here, too. just wish we'd get a tad more rain, but the overcast and wind helps to cool things down, at least. :)

Once I was on a flight that was trying to land in Seattle and we had to layer/circle. We were in the most interesting layers of clouds that billowed and spun all around us. It was surreal at worst... hahaha. Thanks for those great snaps. awesome.

I love storm clouds! We are just getting into our rainy season down here and have been getting some pop-up thunderstorms too. I like the "splash" look of the clouds in photos 9 & 10! :)
