It's Photo Art Friday, and Bonnie's prompt is "The Beauty of Aging." I've chosen her "Delightfully Shocking" texture for the image of one of my once-colorful coneflowers.
being that i am just starting to get grey hairs, i'm in need of this lesson, for it to be working on me ... it is tough. i'm not ready to be older. makes me nervous. funny how we hear many others talking about changing & getting older with ease ... but does it ever get easier for any one? or are some folks just braver, sillyer, or what does it take? i wonder??! ha. ha!! (:
Very creative. I always enjoy seeing what you come up with and this texture is so cool and worked very well with your coneflower image. Don't they look so different as they age and yet still have beauty.

This is beautiful and poignant ... there truly is beauty in aging!
gorgeous effect!!
I like to think aging can be beautiful. Wish there was a texture like this to add to my face. My make-up doesn't work too well anymore! Heh.

Wow! This is truly wonderful piece!
I like the warm, rust tones. A hint of fall?
Beautiful..ethereal..and magical!
