"Attitude Adjustment"

Little Joseph, Oregon is home to several bronze foundries and possesses definite tourist appeal because of its nearness to beautiful Wallowa Lake. Joseph features a "bronze art walk" (see all the bronzes) on its main street, with fabulous life-sized bronze sculptures at every intersection of the short main street.  One of my favorites is "Attitude Adjustment," an amazingly detailed bucking horse and cowboy.  Because the sculpture is mounted high above the street, the background for nearly every photo is the panorama of the Wallowa Mountains.  I'm linking up with Nancy's Rural Thursday.

Finally....someone who was smart enough to position such a grand sculpture in such a way as to have something significant as a marvelous backdrop...usually it is city buildings and the photos can't ever do the sculpture justice...this is just beautiful.

That's pretty cool. I love the action within it.

My husband does bronze work, so I know all the goes in to make something like this. A lot of time for sure.

Awesome sculpture! I love the light exposure of the background so that the subject is so prominent.
