Cool Figures

It's Photo Art Friday and the suggested prompt is "Figures."  Bonnie was kind enough to provide a fabulous "background" of figures that I chose to use (I tend to avoid straying too far from the "box"!) for my leaf image.  After applying the "figures," I used Linear Light at 59% opacity and then went into Topaz Adjust to change the color of the image background.

I used the other free texture of Bonnie's in an earlier post, Oh The Joy!

Very cool! I really like that background! :)
I "think" I have my Figures post ready but I'm waiting until tomorrow to publish...

Totally cool. It's as if the leaf is just floating in air. I missed that background but did use the texture Bonnie provided.

That's great Evelyn, I love the balance you've achieved with the leaves and the texture, they work so well together here :)

WOW! Love the 3-dimensional appearance of the leaves. It feels like I could reach out and pull them off of the background! Great work Evelyn - so pleased you shared it with Photo Art Friday.

That leaf looks like it's coming off the screen. Cool texture, too. I'll have to check out Bonnie. She's new to me.

well I think your "box" is plenty substantial!! this is magnificent. the leaf is just floaty and weightless!! BEautimous!!

ooh, I like this a lot - it's a bit abstract and I love the outline of the leaf's margin. very nicely done. you're so imaginative, your creativity knows no bounds. happy Friday to you.
