The Beautiful Oregon Coast

It was a part of Oregon we used to visit almost every summer when our boys were really young.....but the length of the trip and the cost of lodging became too much.   Now, about 20 years later, my husband and I made the trek again for a 5-day Thanksgiving stay with the family of our youngest son's fiancee'.   I know I'll be posting more photos over the next few days; there are just too many images that I love. This one might be the most dramatic, if only for the color.

It certainly is a striking, beautiful photo. The pastel colors remind me of sunrise, but works well as a sunset, too!
