Connection

Photo Art Friday features "connected/connecting/connection" as the optional theme challenge this week.  My  image is of wooden steps in a slope at a little byway above the river near my hometown.  The youth crew that set up a couple of picnic tables also set chunks of wood into the hill so visitors can "connect" with the tables.  (In addition to various RadLab stylets, I applied two of Bonnie's textures:  Helena Inspired and Vintage Craquelure.)

Interesting edit! You're like a mad scientist in a lab with so many formulas at your disposal. :)

Very nice Evelyn. I like the warm feel this has. I also like the words you used as they illustrate perfectly the connection the stairs have to the picnic tables.

Love the choice of textures with your photo. It is really neat how the path forms and fades in the foreground and in the background. Would be a great piece to represent connections that be drawn on in the moment.
