Hope for Spring

Whether it's a long, uninterrupted winter or one like we've had---snow and cold, then a few weeks of moderate temperatures, and then more snow and cold---we always seem to look forward to Spring. During the winter months, I buy "spring" at the grocery store.  (I shared this image on my Facebook page this week.)

Linking up with Madge's Weekly Top Shot.

Love your new header! Can't wait to see the one you choose for spring!

Love the flower (daffodil?) and the texture. Reminds me of linen or canvas. Very nice!

Beautiful! - My daffodils have buds but it hasn't been warm enough to open them yet.

I grow daffodils among wildflowers and so when I saw your photo image I went awe... lovely yellow color - the texture you used is prefect.. I even posted two yellow flowers myself - so we are thinking a lot..

You caught this daffodil perfectly. The spikes of the petals, the able, light and crispness are amazing. Spring will surely come in all the glory.

This is wonderful, Evelyn! I'm always having difficulties with taking decent photos of daffodils, and this one is so perfect! I also love your processing! And I will buy some spring, too, as we are deeply covered in snow...
