REDISCOVERING MYSELF THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHY

Finally....things are starting to bloom!

I had that feeling that spring would never really arrive:  we would get a tease of sunshine and then it would snow.   We've had some warm, sunny days and today it was cold and windy.   However, there are blooms here and there.  My daffodils are finished but my tulips are in their prime.  The neighbor's flowering quince is starting to bloom; it will last for quite awhile, and the hummingbirds will love it.   I'm linking up with Week 18 of  Kent Weakley's P52 and Sweet Shot Tuesday.

this is a favourite of mine (Japonica?). I associate it with Japanese flower arranging; a super shot you got Evelyn

Beautiful blooms! I've never seen this type of flower but I've heard of it. Enjoy. :)
