Flowers and Textures

I know that I could spend hours adding textures to my flower images---just something more to distract me from what I should be doing!   This is an early peony blossom from my mother's garden with RH West's texture, Lucille.

So lovely! A bit like a Georgia O'Keefe painting! I love the soft lettering and beautiful rosy hues. Hope you have a nice weekend! xx

Ha, I made pics of peonies too recently (and played with textures instead of ironing :))
Beautiful photo and texturizing!

Evelyn, this is a beautiful image you have created with my new free texture, I love peonies, they are very late here in the UK this time, so am looking forward to seeing them soon!

Thanks a lot for your kind comment on my Sakura post, dear fellow blogger from the other side of the big pond. I never used the technique to combine / to edit my photos with a texture. Perhaps I'll try out one day...
...would you think my photos will improve if I use a texture additionally?

Uwe.
