On the Edge of the Canyon

Living on the east side of the Blue Mountains, it's easy to drive west for a bit of wilderness and a look into and across the Umatilla Canyon.   Late-summer evenings are the best time to view this beauty.  Linking up with Madge's Rurality Blog Hop.

and it's scenes like this that give my heart a lift; great photograph Evelyn. Tks too for your comment Snap Happy Birding. If I ever get back into the creative play again, perhaps I'll reserve that second blog to post my images. I used to get a lot of enjoyment with the textures you use.
