We don't have magnolia trees in my little corner of NE Oregon; across the mountains is a slightly more temperate climate, where flowering trees abound. I drive to photograph dogwood blossoms in late April and early May, but this is the first year I've gone early enough to see the magnolia trees. Love it Evelyn! Gorgeous.
Love everything about it... the pictures it self, but the texture, words, frame...
Beautiful. The magnolias haven't bloomed here yet. Soon I hope.
This flowering tree is magnificant, love your texture edit.
Gorgeous! My mother in law had a tree like that in her front yard and I have a photo of my 37 year old daughter, on her second birthday, in front of it in full bloom.
Beautiful picture! The mangolia trees have not bloomed here yet.. this week I think.. I hope I am able to capture one!
Evelyn, I love how you captures the blossoms in perfect focus and managed to create such a softly blurred and muted background. Lovely edit with textures! Great quote that I will add to my own library of quotes, too.
So much beauty here Evelyn! The branches are just beautiful in shape, and loaded with blooms. I love your perspective of the branch.

Magnolia blossoms always take me back to my childhood home - there was a tree right outside my bother's window...blooms over the back deck to this day! This is a lovely photo and such a great quote! I love that you drive for blooms...for that dainty piece of spring!
