Free and Easy Texture Tuesday -- White Gerbera

I bought five white Gerberas just to photograph them, and I haven't been disappointed.  First, I shot them with one of my telephoto lenses; then I used my 50 mm macro, which I have grown to love.  Joining with Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday - Free and Easy edition.

The only edit here is one layer of Waterfront 7 Magic  - Screen blending mode

Ummm ... why, yes ... I've been known to buy Gerberas just to photograph them, too! {{big smile}} This is beautiful and that texture is perfect.

White is not an easy color to get right, but you did it! Even the white splotches in the texture are just perfect here.

Very nice. Love the pot with the cork. The texture really adds to the image. Beautiful.

One of my favorite flowers. I usually get them as an annual and plant each Summer. Lovely way you photographed. :)
