Hydrangea #1

I read that cutting hydrangeas might negatively affect their blooming the next season; I've had this hydrangea bush for several years and it's finally looking great!  However, I cut one blossom today so I can do a series of photos with it as the subject.

I have never heard that about cutting them, I never could resist cutting mine and they always bloomed. Beautiful what you have done here, I especially love the white ones.

The shadow plate on the cloth is wonderful as is the wavy lines of the drapes. I'm sure cutting one bloom off the bush won't harm it too much. Very nice edit and composition.
