This tenacious cluster of leaves has been in my camera viewfinder several times over several weeks. I'm not certain what keeps them hanging on. On a foggy photo drive this morning, I recorded the leaves once again and discovered the image was perfect for one of the textures in
Kim Klassen's "Ben's Collection," a group of textures she created four years ago to fund expensive vet care for her new pup, Ben, after he was seriously injured when hit by a car. This particular image features "6" in the collection. I'm linking up with Kim's
Texture Tuesday.
The word verification is NOT my idea! Evidently Blogger has it on all blogs....just skip it and post a comment as usual. It works.

That is perfect for a texture. It is a lovely composition!
This is really pretty, love the background really gives drama to the one last hanging leaf.
Love the texture work in this one!
beach leaves maybe? Oaks are stubborn and don't let loose their leaves till the very end....
Simply Beautiful! Love the texture.
So simple, yet such a perfect photo!
Love it when fall just seems to hang on {pun intended!} and stubbornly refuses to give way to winter. Love your photo.

Really beautiful cluster of leaves, and the texture is perfect. I haven't heard of that collection, or even seen it on her site.
