The Weekend in Black and White {Mule Deer}

We've had snow, rain, cold.... and the "town deer" have moved into backyards to bed down at night and to munch on any new green that might be showing on shrubs and plants.  The past two mornings, there have been three does and two almost-yearling fawns outside my kitchen window.  Later, the fawns were sauntering down the sidewalk, relatively unconcerned when I tried to "shoo" them away.  I'm joining with The Weekend in Black and White.

"Are you talking to me?"

They are so inquisitive aren't they! I once lived in a place where the deer frequented my yard nearly every night. When I would pull into the driveway late at night or leave for work early in the morning, I was many times greeted by their presence!
