A Black and White Weekend

I haven't done much black and white lately, but I found a great subject this week:  a long-abandoned tire swing on a piece of property out in the country. I'm certain it would be rather difficult to swing on the tire now.  Joining with Weekend in Black and White.  (click photo to enlarge)

A great find! A poor forgotten toy.

All those branches make a nice frame for the swing.

The lone tye provides a solid dark contrast with all the webby soft shapes and tones framing it.

Black and white are one of my favourites, I can just imagine a child swinging on this and having hours of fun
