I've been drying roses, very successfully, I must say...and I've used them in this image with this pretty new Bible!   Joining with Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday.

Oh yes - definitely a success! Those roses are just gorgeous, and they work so well with the greys in the Bible. Beautiful still life!

I agree, very successful. The roses have kept their beautiful color and look wonderful on your bible. I have never dried roses before, maybe I need to try it...

The dusty rose color is so pretty, especially with the gray of the Bible. That's quite a fancy book cover, too. Great for photos!

Beautifully done. The desaturation gives it a beautiful tone.

The roses are lovely. The colors go well together. The cheese cloth gives a nice texture for the image.
