Bonnie has invited Photo Art Friday contributors to create a piece of photo art that can be considered autobiographical. I know this: I really don't know what I'm doing when I'm combining/layering photographs! I did manage to combine two "autobiographical" images: one of the valley where I grew up and one of horses (so much a part of my youth). All editing was achieved with PSE filter presets.

glad you mentioned the horses. i was looking at this as clouds. really nicely done!
The effect is pretty cool. I actually reminds me of a tapestry.
What a creative, neat effect!!
I think this is wonderful Evelyn!
I love the layers of color here.
Happy Sunday to you!
Very fun interpretation of memories.
Lovely work.
Hi Evelyn -- really like the way the images "marriage" or flow together; with the horses hooves in the mountain area... grounds it all very well. The processing is great. Thanks so much. Karen (visiting from PAF)
This is nice. I love the colors and the way the horse appears to be running through the valley.
What a neat effect! :)
Very interesting.
I think it works very well and I really like the result. your header photo is fantastic - love the light and the flowing stream - you surely do live in a beautiful spot. It's nice to be back visiting my favorite blogs again. happy day to you Evelyn.
I really quite like this, Ev. I'm like you in that I can't quite get the hang of combining photos. Something I need to work on. :)
At first I didn't see the horses. But wow when I did! I think this is a Perfect example of your bio. How did you do the wavy look? Makes it even more interesting to me.
Very cool!
Stay inspired!
