Country Bulletin Board

It's a country road, bordered on both sides by barbed wire stretched between steel fence posts.  And there it is...a buckskin work glove waggling its thumb.   "C.E." lost it, and hopefully he'll find it again.     The image is my contribution to Rural Thursday.

Great find and photo for your Rural Thursday. Maybe the worker will see it when they drive by the next time. Have a wonderful day.

I'm always losing a glove -- I need to start putting my initials on them!

Thank you for submitting to Rural Thursday, Evelyn. Great shot! :)

That made me laugh because I have a neighbor (I live in a very rural area in northern Maryland) that has a glove on a stick next to the road too and I have always wondered how it got there!

Every farm needs a fencepost with a glove on it!

A forgotten glove at the road side! Have a nice week. Greetings from Romania.

Maybe the glove ran away just so it could have a few days of freedom and fun waving at passersby. But that's just me. If I can't anthropomorphize an animal, I'll take my chances with any old object. Love the photo.
