It's rodeo time in our little town, and I find the behind-the-scenes images as interesting as the action. Wednesday was the day before events started, and it was the day for final riding and speaking competition for the two candidates for rodeo queen, as well as last-minute preparation in the beer garden and Chute 9 food stand. Several little kids were on scene. For Nancy's "Your Sunday Best" this week, I've chosen a series of images I call "Kinley and Zip." (Zip is the dog; Kinley is the 16-month-old girl.) Zip likes to catch and fetch just about anything...gravel included. (16-month-olds can't throw very far....if at all. And Zip's sidekick never did get in on the action.)

she is too cute! the dog looks a bit puzzled, though. :)
Having some picture upload problems so I couldn't see all your shots (or ANY of your cemetery pics from the last post!!!) so I am sorry. But the one picture I could see is of a darling child and dog...VERY sweet!
Thank you so much for coming by my blog to visit and for making your comment! I appreciated it very much, and hope you will visit again!
Great shots!
Yes, I said out loud -- "oh, how sweet!" with a big smile on my face this morning.
Thanks for sharing at YSB this week, Ev. xo
What a cute series!
OMG, those are sooo cute and TWG is right, poor Zip looks a bit confused! :)
So adorable!! The pink outfit contrasted against the black and white dog is very pleasing. Nice series.
That is very cute, you can see the story there, I love series photos
these are wonderful .. what a sweet patient dog
These are very sweet photos.
These left me chuckling. What a sweet story you told through your series of photos. A little girl eager to share her treasures with a bewildered dog who doesn't understand why this small human is not playing the game correctly. As always, Evelyn, beautiful shots!
