I hope that past-their-prime coneflowers still qualify as flowers for Flower Art Friday. Dried-up coneflowers are fascinating, with their little spiky heads and crumpled sepals. I picked some when I was cleaning out my flower beds and spent a little time indoors with the flowers in a vase. Then I went to Topaz Adjust and added some edits before finishing with Ruth West's beautiful "Chapel" texture.
