A Muse Beyond Tuesday

This is my favorite grove of quaking aspens (not birches)....located 15 miles north of my home.  Over the years, I've photographed it in various seasons, and I've never been disappointed.  Late Sunday afternoon was no exception, and it's my choice for Nancy's Tuesday Muse this week.

Edited with B&W Effects 2 "Chrome" and Nancy's "Braveheart" texture

I love any white barked tree.
This is a lovely shot! I can see why you would return over and over to the spot. Seems quiet and serene.

What a gorgeous spot! Love the vertical lines. There is something delicious about trees with white bark.

Aspen leaves make the most distinctively wonderful sound when the wind blows through them. This is so pretty, Evelyn.

Oh how pretty. This has an almost "etherial" feel to it.
