At 6000+ feet, Mt. Emily is the second-tallest mountain bordering the huge Grande Ronde Valley. Her face is ever-changing, particularly in the winter. Below, this is how the most recent snowstorm on the mountain looked; the second photo is the following day, when the mountain was reflected in flooded farm fields.

I always enjoy seeing how different the mountains look with the weather and even with the time of day! Right now, we can hardly see 'our' mountain because of blowing dust!
