P52 Sweet Shot Tuesday #26

It seems so difficult to find a subject to photograph these days; I'm not sure what has happened to me, but even my still life course has been a struggle.  I know that the unexpected heat wave has discouraged me from wandering outside, too.  I drive the same country roads near our town, trying to find a new subject.  This morning, it was this old sprinkler wheel line, rusty but still in use on land belonging to the lumber mill.  I'm linking up with Kent Weakley's P52 Sweet Shot Tuesday this week.

I know the feeling. I need to get out and around my town, but honestly, when it is 113 degrees here, I don't feel like doing that! Ugh.

A lovely shot.

This turned out great. I love the way you position your photo, it draws your eye to the wheel. I like the lines from the wheel, the softness of the blowing grass, the contrast between the rusty wheel and the lush green grasses. It's quite a lovely scene.
