Buried

Although we've been experiencing temperatures even into the 40's, there is still snow everywhere.  In town, it's dirty and ugly, but out in the country, it's still fairly fresh-looking.  The snow is deep, and it doesn't seem to be melting the way it is in town, although the creeks are overflowing and low places on the roads are covered in water.  This is an image I posted on Facebook after a drive on country roads today.

I love this capture, Evelyn. Our snow finally melted away.. we've had way more than usual. Hope your snow does the same soon!

This is wonderful, Evelyn!
We're pretty "buried" in snow after this past weekend, too.
Miles and miles of the white stuff! :-)

Well, Evelyn... I took a moment to visit here on a Sunday afternoon, found many beautiful photos, and clicked on each in order to step right in. This old truck adds a lot of character and human history to the landscape. I find it utterly enchanting. Thanks for a view into your world, which looks so very different from mine.
