Wintry Details

It's that time of year, and snow might be in more of my final images for Kent Weakley's Project 52 and Sweet Shot Tuesday.  With this image, I can almost smell the pine needles and wet bark!

Evelyn, I love this photo. I am originally from the Portland area. Each year we make our way back to Oregon and cross eastern Oregon and spend a few days in Bend, then head back home into the valley. I'm going to look forward to your photos with more and more snow!

Beautiful image, Evelyn. Our mountains are getting snow as well. As long as it stays up there and doesn't come down here.. I'm happy.

Lovely! It looks like a Christmas card. We don't get snow where I live so I'll live vicariously through your photos this season!

We're expecting a little bit of snow today -- I guess it's time whether I'm ready or not. :)
