Sweet Shot on a cold morning
Strange shot....a photo of the flame in a gas stove. But it was a sweet shot for me this morning. The electricity in the town went off at 3:30 a.m. and wasn't restored for over 4 hours. When I got out of bed, I was glad to have a free-standing gas stove that runs without electricity. There was no fan but there was heat, which was welcome. It was definitely my Sweet Shot for today, and I'm linking up with Darcy's Sweet Shot Tuesday.

Ooooh, I'd like to sit there and warm myself! I has been raining here all day and it's so cold! Beautiful shot!
You are SO right! Glad you could stay warm.... it was a doozy of a store, eh?
Ohhhh I was just thinking about our fireplace today -it's not cold enough yet to turn that on.
I love a fireplace - especially when the electricity is out!
