Color on the Campus
College campuses tend to have a wonderful variety of trees and shrubs, so the fall season is generally beautifully colorful. Eastern Oregon University is the regional university in this corner of Oregon. It is beautifully landscaped with old and new--buildings and plantings. (My favorite image is the last one, which is the back side of the library. It is soon to be printed on metal.)

I lived briefly in La Grande when I was a teenager. Even then, at an age when kids don't care much about things like that, I thought it was the most beautiful campus. Small and comfortable. I enjoyed these photos very much.
